Access
During this phase, access is granted to named, invited users. We may update or improve the service over time. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
Your data and ownership
"Your data" means the transcripts and configuration you submit and the outputs generated for you. As between us, you own your data and the outputs. You grant us a limited permission to process it only to provide, secure, and support the service, as described in our Privacy Notice and Data Handling Overview. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train AI models.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
- Consent to record. You confirm you have the right and any required consent to submit each transcript, including the consent of all call participants where call-recording and privacy laws require it. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your recording and processing of calls.
- Human oversight. Use outputs as one advisory input among others, with meaningful human review — not as the sole basis for any employment, disciplinary, compensation, or other significant decision about an individual.
- No misuse. Don't submit data you're not authorized to share, attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the service, or use it unlawfully.
Our intellectual property
We own the service, including its software, scoring methodology, calibration, and the templates we provide. Using the service grants you no rights in them except the right to use it. Feedback you share with us may be used freely.

What the formal agreement will cover
