Access

During this phase, access is granted to named, invited users. We may update or improve the service over time. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.

Your data and ownership

"Your data" means the transcripts and configuration you submit and the outputs generated for you. As between us, you own your data and the outputs. You grant us a limited permission to process it only to provide, secure, and support the service, as described in our Privacy Notice and Data Handling Overview. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train AI models.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

Our intellectual property

We own the service, including its software, scoring methodology, calibration, and the templates we provide. Using the service grants you no rights in them except the right to use it. Feedback you share with us may be used freely.

Outputs are generated with AI and are probabilistic and advisory. They may be incomplete or wrong, are not legal, HR, or professional advice, and come with no warranty. You're responsible for how you interpret and act on them.

What the formal agreement will cover

When the product becomes generally available, a signed agreement will add the binding commercial terms — fees and credits, service levels, warranties and disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnities, term and termination, and governing law.
