STUDIO, by Project Moneyball, analyzes sales and customer-call transcripts and produces a performance score, supporting evidence, and recommendations against a scorecard you configure.
Access
During this phase, access is granted to named, invited users. We may update or improve the service over time. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
Your data and ownership
"Your data" means the transcripts and configuration you submit and the outputs generated for you. As between us, you own your data and the outputs. You grant us a limited permission to process it only to provide, secure, and support the service, as described in our Privacy Notice and Data Handling Overview. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train AI models.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
- Consent to record and to share. You own the relationship with the people on your calls, not us. You confirm you have the right and any required consent to record and to submit each transcript, including the consent of all call participants where call-recording and privacy laws require it. STUDIO only scores the transcripts you choose to share and never contacts or interacts with the other call participants. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your recording and processing of calls. To minimize what you share, you can anonymize the buyer-side names before scoring using our built-in anonymizer.
- Human oversight. Use outputs as one advisory input among others, with meaningful human review — not as the sole basis for any employment, disciplinary, compensation, or other significant decision about an individual.
- No misuse. Don't submit data you're not authorized to share, attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the service, or use it unlawfully.
Our intellectual property
We own the service, including its software, scoring algorithm, calibration, and the templates we provide. Using the service grants you no rights in them except the right to use it. Feedback you share with us may be used freely.

Outputs are generated with AI and are probabilistic and advisory. They may be incomplete or wrong, are not legal, HR, or professional advice, and come with no warranty. You're responsible for how you interpret and act on them.
Billing, fees, refunds & cancellation
- Calls. STUDIO is sold as prepaid calls, where one call scores one conversation across every diagnostic layer. Calls are sold as one-time call packs that stay on your account and never expire, with no metered overage. New accounts get a few free calls. Current prices are on the pricing page.
- Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller: you purchase from Lemon Squeezy, while the Service is provided by us. Lemon Squeezy also collects and remits applicable sales tax/VAT. Prices exclude tax; tax is added at checkout.
- Refunds. See our Refund Policy: unused calls are always refundable and never expire.
- Cancellation. Call packs are one-time purchases, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. See our Cancellation Policy.
Provider & governing law
The Service is provided by Project Moneyball, Israel (support@studio-moneyball.io). These terms and your use of STUDIO are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
What the full agreement will add
The billing, refund, cancellation, and governing-law terms above apply to paid use today. We are finalizing a counsel-reviewed master agreement that will set out the remaining commercial terms in full — service levels, warranties and disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnities, and term and termination — and we'll post it here when ready.
