What this covers
- Monthly subscription plans (for example, Team and Scale) renew automatically each month until you cancel. This policy tells you how to stop that.
- One-time credit packs are not subscriptions — there is nothing recurring to cancel. Credits you have already bought stay on your account per the pricing page and our Terms.
You can cancel at any time
You may cancel a subscription at any time, for any reason. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your renewal date — we recommend at least 24 hours before. Your renewal date is on your latest receipt.
How to cancel
Use whichever is easiest (full steps on the Cancel my subscription page):
- Self-service (Lemon Squeezy). Open the "Manage your subscription" link in the order confirmation or renewal receipt Lemon Squeezy emailed you, and cancel there. You can also update your card from that portal.
- In the app. Where available, go to Account → Billing and cancel or manage your plan.
- Email us. Write to info@projectmoneyball.com from your account email and ask us to cancel. We will action it and confirm by email.
If self-service is not yet enabled for your account, email is the reliable way to cancel, and we will always honor a timely request.
What happens after you cancel
- No further charges. Cancelling stops all future renewals.
- Access continues until the period ends. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep any remaining monthly credits until then.
- No partial-month refund for cancelling mid-cycle, except under the 14-day satisfaction refund, a material service failure, or your statutory rights — see the Refund Policy.
- Monthly credits do not carry over. Unused credits from a subscription period expire at the end of that period. Credits from separately purchased credit packs are not affected.
- Your data. We handle your account data as described in the Privacy Notice. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy retries it and may email you. We may limit access while a payment is outstanding. If it cannot be collected after the standard retries, the subscription ends. That is a lapse for non-payment, not a cancellation by you, and the Refund Policy still applies to any amount actually charged.
No cancellation fee
There is no fee to cancel and no minimum term. You can resubscribe at any time from the pricing page.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
